code of ethics added

UPDATE

CIJA editor avaiki nius agency has added a copy of the code of ethics from the Cook Islands Journalists Association, dating back to 1993.

Nothing major, just a long overdue tidy up of this blog site to include a copy of the code, on the agency site for some time already. The code remains relevant today.

"Respect for and pursuit of the truth and the public's right to know are overriding principles for all journalists."
